QUANTUM GHOST
What if the future you lose is the one that leads you home.
A new indie novel in e-book format from Curt Schauer. It’s a story about two people trying to hold onto each other while the world quietly rewrites the rules of reality. Blending speculative fiction, suspense, and philosophical intrigue, it explores what happens when technology and people gain the power to predict and shape our choices. It asks what remains of humanity when we begin surrendering our agency, one decision at a time.

Fused Glass Tile Rolled Up Into A Vase In the Hot Shop

Beginning to roll-up a fused glass tile to make a vase in the hot shop.
I'm a Fused Glass Instructor at Bay Area Glass Institute, in San Jose, CA where I'm honored to share my love of glass art and techniques with students and the community. I work across several media, including glass, monotype prints, digital drawings and photography. While my digital art is known for bold color and playful composition, my photography often explores stillness in stark black and white. My monotypes merge spontaneity and subtle structure, and my glass pieces embody tactile motion—frozen in form but alive in light.
